Heard Ms.Thanushree Bose representing Mr. T.S. Anirudh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, Ms.
Mythili representing Mr. R. Nageshwara Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.5, and perused the record.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 is interfering in his personal life and liberty without following due process of law. According to the petitioner, respondent No.4 is interfering in the civil disputes between him and respondent No.5 and summoning him to the Police Station frequently.
3. In the written instructions dated 19.04.2021 received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, it is stated that a complaint has been lodged by respondent No.5 on 14.12.2019. Subsequent thereto, FIR.No.375 of 2019 was registered on the same day i.e., 14.12.2019 for the offences under Sections 447, 427 and 506 read with 34 IPC. Investigation was taken up. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was called to the Police Station on 09.09.2019 and 23.12.2019. A charge sheet was filed and the case
was taken up as CC.No.187 of 2021 on 30.01.2021 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Vikarabad, and the same is under trial. It is further stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that respondent No.4 has not summoned the petitioner to the Police Station nor interfered in any civil disputes.

In view of the categorical statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on the basis of written instructions dated 19.04.2021 given by respondent No.4, no further orders are required to be passed. If the petitioner has got any further grievance, he is given liberty to approach this Court at later point of time.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
