Heard Mr.G.V.S.Mehar Kumar for petitioner and Mr.P.Durga Prasad for respondent No.3.

The petitioner challenges Award dated 21.03.2014 in Dispute No.24 of 2013 passed by 2nd respondent. The petitioner is one of the guarantors to the debt borrowed by respondent No.4. Mr.Durga Prasad, on instructions, submits that 4th respondent has settled the account and the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
