CVNR,J & DVSS,J C.R.P.No.1201 of 2007 27.04.2018 ORDER:(Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil revision petition is filed against order, dated 29.11.2006, in I.A.No.225 of 2006, in O.P.No.87 of 2004 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, whereby he has declined to stay further proceedings in the aforementioned O.P. filed by the respondent for restitution of conjugal rights. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.P.Hemachandra, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that he has given up his brief about two years back.

As the petitioner is neither present at the hearing nor made any alternative arrangement by engaging another counsel to represent him, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., interim order, dated 09.08.2007, in C.R.P.M.P.No.1588 of 2007 is vacated and C.R.P.M.P.No.1588 of 2007 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
