This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the proceeding in Letter No.COT/EE1/DEE1/T6/Clar/2010, dated 14-12-2010, of respondent No.1, whereby he has awarded contract work to respondent No.4, as illegal and

arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.Pasam Srinivasa Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as no interim order was granted in the Writ Petition, the contract was entrusted to respondent No.4Company, which has executed the same. He has, therefore, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.15849 and 20959 of 2011 are disposed of as infructuous.
