This is a writ petition where the petitioner challenges the Proc.No: 1/ C11/ 07584/ 2018/ 250 dated 02.04.2019 and Proc.No.1/ C11/ 07584/ 2018/ 251 dated 04.04.2019. 2.

Heard Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondents to 4, Sri J.

Rajeshwar for respondent No.5, Sri Velagapudi Srinivas for respondent No.6, Sri V. Ramachander Goud for respondent No.7 and Sri M. Venkatarama Rao for respondent No.8. 3.

After hearing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to submit explanation to the impugned proceedings.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
