ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the tenure of contract of the petitioner is upto May, 2020 and till such time, the respondents be directed not to interfere with the petitioner's contract.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondentCorporation contended that the respondents would not interfere with the contract of the petitioner till May, 2020. Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's contract till 15th of May, 2020. Thereafter, it is open for the respondents to issue a fresh tender notification. It is needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the fresh tender process and the respondents shall consider his tender in accordance with law.
