THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.4617 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in rejecting the applications for issuance of "No Objection Certificate" vide proceedings in Lr.No.KRU/HHC/CC/B.Ed.,/2015, dated 21.12.2015 as illegal and arbitrary.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has addressed a letter dated 21.9.2016 seeking permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
