When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 18-09-2017 to the respondents, but no action has been taken so far. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that appropriate direction be given to the respondents for taking appropriate action on the representation submitted by the petitioner herein. On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri Dominics Fernandez, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondents, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed as per law.

Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to verify the representation dated 18-09-2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
