When the matter is taken up for hearing, Smt. Padma Rekha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4, submits that the impugned letter dated 17.03.2018 and the consequential order dated 10.02.2019 are withdrawn by the respondents. In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
