K. Sreenath v. The State Of Telangana
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5929 of 2015 ORDER:
This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.109 of 2015 on the file of Nampally Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is informed that the petitioner is one of the accused in another crime also i.e., Crime No.46 of 2015 and he filed Crl.P.No.4591 of 2015 and in the said Criminal Petition on 12.6.2015, this Court directed the petitioner to attend before the Police, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad for a period of ten days, while directing the police not to arrest the petitioner during that period, and also directing to complete the investigation and file a report before this Court. But the petitioner has not attended before the police as directed by this Court and therefore, this Court refused to grant anticipatory bail in Crl.P.No.4591 of 2015.
Considering the behaviour of the petitioner in not attending before the police in spite of directions of this Court in another criminal petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the present crime also.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _______________ RAJA ELANGO, J 17th July 2015 Nn
