This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the impugned Memo No.839/2011-B1 (Pts) dt.30.12.2011 directing the 2nd respondent to demolish petitioner's premises bearing H.No.6-1-63/1, in Plot No.108 Sy.No.85 situated at Bandlagudajagir Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without issuing any notice and without following the due procedure contemplated under the Law, as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently set aside the same." 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

This Court, by way of an interim order, dated 06.01.2012, in W.P.M.P.No.823 of 2012, directed the petitioner as well as the respondents to maintain status quo. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already made an application under the Building Regularization Scheme before the authorities concerned on 25.01.2016 and the same is pending and hence, prays to direct the respondents not to take any action against the petitioner till disposal of the said application. 4.

Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are hereby directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner over the subject property till disposal of the

application, dated 25.01.2016, filed by the petitioner under the Building Regularization Scheme.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
