This Court made the following :
ORDER:
Petitioners herein filed this writ petition aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent corporation in not disposing of the representation of the petitioners for regularisation of their services in the post of Junior Assistant (Material/purchase).
2. This Court by order dated 25.4.2015 granted interim orders, which read as under:
"Notice before admission returnable in six weeks. The writ petitioners apprehend that they will be replaced as soon as the selections are finalized. The learned standing counsel seeks time to secure instructions in the matter. But, however, if the recruitment, which is now initiated to fill up the vacancies on regular basis is not intended for the post held by the petitioners, they shall not be replaced by, the selected candidates and on the other hand, if the recruitment now initiated is to fill up the vacancies on regular basis, which are otherwise temporarily held by the petitioners, an appropriate order be communicated to the petitioners.
Post after six weeks."
3. In pursuant to directions of this Court, the Deputy Chief Personnel Manager, APSRTC, Vijayawada Zone passed orders dated 27.07.2015 informing the petitioners that they are not entitled to be continued or regularised. Aggrieved by the said orders, petitioners
filed W.P.No.24753 of 2015.
4. In view of the subsequent decision of the respondent corporation and institution of W.P.No.24753 of 2015, no cause survives and no orders are required to be passed. Accordingly the writ petition is closed.
