THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.10788 of 2004 ORDER:

1 As there was no representation for the petitioner on 29.03.2016, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. In spite of the same, there is no representation for the petitioner both in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

3 Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
