HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1593 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the stage of admission, the following order is passed.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that three witnesses are examined so far and investigation is still in progress.

Having regard to the stage of investigation, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners that some of the petitioners are women and aged, the Police of Shadnagar Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, are directed not to arrest petitioners/A2 to A7 during the course of investigation. Petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
