Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondents. 3.
The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.1 in registering the First Information Report against respondents 6 to 9 for the offences of attempt of murder, trespass, criminal intimidation etc., in pursuance of the complaints of the petitioner dated 15.05.2017 and 26.05.2017, as bad in law and consequently, direct respondents 3 and 5 to initiate disciplinary proceedings against respondents 1 and 4 for violating the provisions of Section 154(3) Cr.P.C., in registering First Information Report against respondents 6 to 9. 4.
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that a case in Crime No.236 of 2017 of Subedari Police Station came to be registered
CPK,J WP_18785_2017 pursuant to the report lodged by the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
