O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they are the children and legal heirs of the original pattadar by name Meka Venkataiah, who has been granted pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject land. After his demise, they made application, dated 20.04.2015 to the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar through e-seva by paying requisite fee for mutation of their names in the revenue records. The 3rd respondent issued notice under Form - VII as required under Section 5(3) of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 calling for objections. Though no objections were received till date, the 3rd respondent has not mutated their names in the revenue records. Hence the present writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the above facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioners dated 20.04.2015 for mutation of their names in the revenue records, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
