Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the respondents. 2.
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not supplying the commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop No.2713025, situated at Ragojipet Village, Medipalli Mandal, Jagtial District, in spite of subsistence of his authorization, as illegal and arbitrary.

The case of the petitioner is that he is a fair price shop dealer in shop No.2713025 and that on 28.12.2018, the Deputy Tahsildar (CS) Medipalli, had inspected his shop, but he did not find any irregularities in supplying the commodities to the cardholders. However, after the said inspection, the respondents are not supplying the commodities to the petitioner' shop for distribution. The further case of the petitioner is that his authorization is neither suspended nor cancelled.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the petitioner has not approached the respondents with regard to non-supply of commodities to his shop. As the authorization of the petitioner is still subsisting, he can approach the 2nd respondent by filing a representation, and on filing the same, the
CKR, J W.P.No.7807 of 2019 2nd respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
