District under spouse category with all consequential and incidental benefits attached to the post.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services-I has placed on record a copy of the proceedings in Memo No.Sp1/Secretary Peshi/ 2021-SP255, dated L3.O5.2022 and submitted that in compliance of the interim order passed by this Court, the respondents have disposed of the appeal hled by the petitioner duly rejecting his case.
2) Recording the above made submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated 13.05.2022, if the petitioner is so advised.
