At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties have agreed that W.A.Nos.1080, 1115 and 1116 of 2017 arising out of the common order, against which the present writ appeals are filed, were partly allowed, vide common judgment, dated 06.09.2017, with certain directions and that the present writ appeals may also be disposed of in terms thereof.

Accordingly, these Writ Appeals are partly allowed, following judgment, dated 06.09.2017, in W.A.Nos.1080, 1115 and 1116 of 2017, with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to partly allowing these writ appeals, miscellaneous petitions pending in these writ appeals shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
