ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as the petitioner had committed certain irregularities, the respondents have terminated her from service vide proceedings dated 2.9.2005 and now, the respondents have no intention to initiate action against her.

While admitting the writ petition on 3.10.2005, this Court in WPMP No.27438 of 2005 suspended the said termination order. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner had continued in service as Anganwadi worker and discharging her duties as such. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is continuing as Anganwadi worker as on date, her services shall not be disturbed. If the petitioner commits any irregularity in future, it is always open for the respondents to initiate action against her, as per Rules. No costs.
