Heard.

2. Petitioner complains of seizure of his tractor and trailor bearing No.AP 21 TW 5133 and AP 21T 9784, for the offence under Section 379 IPC. Petitioner has wrongly claimed trailer No.AP 21T 2957 instead of AP 21T 9784. The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner questioning the seizure and also seeking release of the said vehicle, which are seized under crime Nos.3 and 4 of 2015 on the file of respondent No.2.

3. Instructions of the learned government pleader, however, show that the circumstances under which the said vehicles and the stocks were seized. However, it is also mentioned that the said vehicles have been deposited in the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Alampur, on 25.03.2015 in CPR No.111/2015 and seized stock on 27.03.2015.

4. In view of that, it is for the petitioner to approach the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Alampur and seek interim relief of the vehicle and the stocks. With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
