Enabotula Janamejaya Kumar v. Peddi Srujana

HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.9491 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8830 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/A.1 and the 1st respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.1264 of 2016 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, which is outcome of crime No.144 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Karimnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 506 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.9491 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
