CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.9175 of 2017 Dated:30.8.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in implementing order, dated 05.8.2015, in Original Application No.4115 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Telangana, has placed before the Court the proceedings, vide Memo No.3840/Ser.I/A1/2015, dated 29.8.2017, of the Special Chief Secretary to Government, wherein he has requested the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad to take immediate necessary action for release of the sum of Rs.32,33,712/- to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Medak, who in turn has to pay the wages to the eight applicants in the afore-mentioned O.A. In the light of the afore-mentioned proceedings, the Writ Petition is closed.
