This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 7973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5 to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.12 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubabad District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record 3.
This Criminal complaint was filed when the case is at P.R.C stage. No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case f iled. The status in the trial Court is not known. Hence, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to question the Sessions Case.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
