Heard Sri K.Rathangapani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Sri P.Jagadish Chandra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for VUDA, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, and the learned Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings.

Petitioner herein claims to be a resident of Vandrangi village, G.Sigadam Mandal, Srikakulam District. The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that the seventh respondent, who is the Sarpanch of Vandrangi village and owner of the land admeasuring Ac.1.15 cents in Sy.Nos.222-4P and 2P of Vandrangi village, has started construction of a huge apartment in the said land and occupying the R & B road margin in Sy.No.226 and the Government land in Sy.No.152-2 and 1515 and, despite the representation dated 14.07.2017, no action has been taken by the respondent Nos.2 to 6 herein so far. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel and the learned Government Pleaders, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be met if the respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are directed to take appropriate

action on the representation dated 14.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, by fixing certain timeframe.

For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 6 herein to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 14.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
