No representation for the petitioner - accused No.1. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on filing of charge sheet on 05.07.2011, the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kamareddy, has taken cognizance of the case in C.C.No.437 of 2011 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

The award dated 11.02.2017 passed by the Lok Adalat reads thus: "1.

M.Anitha, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Accused No.1 is present.

2. It is stated that since the matter was compromised on 27.06.2013 between the same parties in Crl.P.No. 6391 and 6392 of 2013, this Criminal Petition may become dismissed as infructuous and the learned counsel for the Petitioner/Accused No.1 also made an endorsement in the present Criminal Petition to that effect.

3. In the circumstances, the present Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

4. The matter may be placed before the Hon'ble High Court for passing final orders regarding the disposal.

5. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them before lower court shall be refunded." In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and in view of the terms of the above said award, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
