ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the appointment order dated 4.2.2009 issued by the 2nd respondent in favour of the 4th respondent for the post of Additional Multipurpose Health Assistant (Female) at Tippayapalem Sub Centre, Markapur Mandal, Prakasam District.

Even after lapse of eight years, no counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents. The 4th respondent refused to receive notice when the same was sent by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the absence of counter-affidavit by the respondents, it is not known as to whether the scheme under which the 4th respondent was appointed is being continued or not and the 4th respondent is continued in service or not.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the 2nd respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders thereon, in

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
