THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1180 of 2015 ORDER:

Dr. P.B. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 11.04.2016 to the Registry stating that his clients are desirous of pursuing their appellate remedy and that the interim order passed by this Court is being given effect to. In that view of the matter, this contempt case does not survive for adjudication on merits and is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
