Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the proceedings in REV-E-SEC(ALN)/62/2016 (E1)-CTR-COLL, dt.08-04-2017 issued by the District Collector, Chittoor, alienating the land to the petitioner subject to conditions therein, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
