This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.No.1266 of 2013 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar and transfer the same to the Family Court, Guntur, Guntur District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has already withdrawn O.P.No.1266 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, no further orders are necessary in this petition.
