Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.
The case of the prosecution is that the son of the defacto complainant was kidnapped by some unknown persons. The statement of the victim was also recorded, wherein, he stated that some of the persons have been found. The counsel for the petitioner submits that except the confession statement of the co-accused, there is no other material, while, the public prosecutor, submits that the investigation is still in progress. Though she is not in a position to submit whether test identification period is proposed to be done or not, this Court opines that on facts this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
