On 06.04.2018, 20.04.2018 and 04.06.2018 there was no representation either for the petitioner or its counsel. Hence, on 04.06.2018 the matter was directed to be listed on 11.06.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, again there is no representation for the petitioner both in the forenoon and afternoon sessions. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
