THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.236 OF 2010 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This Family Court Appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed by the appellant/husband, aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 28.01.2010 passed in O.P.No.41 of 2007 by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-III Additional District Judge, Warangal, whereby the petition filed by the appellant/husband under Section 13(1)(ia) & (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking dissolution of marriage between the parties, was dismissed.

Heard Sri J.Venkateswara Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, Sri S.Lakshmi Kanth, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record.

Learned counsel for both the parties would submit that the appellant/husband and the respondent/wife are living together under one roof and no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal.

Taking on record the said submissions, the appeal is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
