HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.12396 of 2012 ORDER:
Heard Sri P. Lakshma Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj-respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri G. Seshadri, standing counsel for the 5th respondent.
2. Sri G. Seshadri, standing counsel for the 5th respondent, draws the attention of the court, to the order dated 30.01.2017 passed in WP No.31242 of 2012, and submits that in view of the orders passed by this court, the inaction complained in the writ petition does not survive and the petitioner has to workout his remedies independently, if cause of action survives.
3. Counsel for the petitioner, after perusing the said order, does not dispute the statement.
4. Hence, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
