The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in Crime No.2480 of 2O2I of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad District.

No representation on petitioners' side on ca-ll 3.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on u'ritten instructions, submits that on completion of investigation, charge sheet is laid and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if aly pending, sha1l stand closed.
