Rathod Ramesh v. The State Of Telangana
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6581 OF 2018 O R D E R :
Petitioner has questioned in this Writ Petition the order dt.22.02.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent suspending him from service pending disciplinary action.
2.
Though counsel for petitioner sought to contend that the petitioner is innocent and ought to be allowed to work by suspending the order of suspension, since it is not the case of the petitioner that the impugned order is without jurisdiction or malafide, I am not willing to accept his contention. 3.
The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.
In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
