THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.2695 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the plaintiffs assailing the order dated 10.06.2011 of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Adoni passed in IA.no.222 of 2010 in OS.no.7 of 2008. By the said order, the application filed by the defendants under Order VI Rule 17 read with Order VIII Rule 9 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 requesting to permit the defendants to amend the written statement was allowed.

As per the note of the Registry, it appears that the subject matter of the suit was settled in Lok Adalat on 06.10.2012. Therefore, it is obvious that no cause survives for adjudication in this revision. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
