I.A.No.1 OF 2026 In Crl.P.Nos.3386 and 3396 of 2026 These Interlocutory Applications are filed by the petitioners for extension of time granted by this Court, vide order dated 17.03.2026 in Criminal Petition Nos.3386 and 3396 of 2026.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petitions.

Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court to the petitioners to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer, is further extended directing the petitioners to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on or before 28.04.2026.

In view thereof, these Interlocutory Applications are ordered.

________ SKS, J I.A.No.2 OF 2026 In Crl.P.Nos.3386 and 3396 of 2026 These applications are filed praying this Court to relax

the condition No.7 (i) of the common order dated 17.03.2026 passed in Crl.P.Nos.3386 and 3396 of 2026 which reads as under:

" i. The petitioners-A.3 and A.2 shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Goshamahal Police Station, Hyderabad, within two(2) weeks from today, and on such surrender, the petitioners shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-, each (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in jail and are out of earnings, as such, the petitioners cannot afford excessive surety amount, therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.P.Nos.3386 and 3396 of 2026 dated 17.03.2026, is hereby relaxed and the petitioners are directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), each, with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, Goshamahal Police Station, Hyderabad.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
