THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.12899 OF 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner is working as Conductor. An amount of Rs.16,346/- was deposited by the petitioner on the ground that the said amount was the value of the tickets which was not accounted for earlier. According to the petitioner, while he was on duty on 21.10.2015, during night hours, his cash bag and running block tickets tray were lost, and therefore, he deposited the said amount in the depot. Thereafter, he was informed that they were traced out. Hence, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 19.11.2015 to the Depot Manager, TSRTC, Miryalaguda Bus Depot, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District, the 3rd respondent, for refund of the cash deposited by him, but so far no action is taken thereon. Hence, the Writ Petition.

Since representation, dated 19.11.2015, is submitted and the same is stated to be pending with the 3rd respondent, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and keep the same pending.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in his representation, dated 19.11.2015, and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
