THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.NO.3195 OF 2006 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to declare the action of the second respondent in deleting the name of the petitioner from pattadar column in pahani for the year 2003-2004 onwards without issuing any notice and without issuing any proceedings as per law and also to declare the action of the second respondent in issuing section 145 CrPC., notice dated 06-02-2006 as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice. 2.
Heard Mr.K.Ravinder Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana State). Since the matter pertains to the year 2006, this Court constrained to proceed with the case and dispose of the same on merits.

Mr.K.Ravinder Reddy submits that in pursuance of the notice issued by the revenue authorities, both parties have present and on verification of the records, the revenue authorities found that the documents were fabricated and they are not genuine and the enquiry under Section 145 Cr.P.C., has been concluded, therefore, no cause of action survives in the writ petition in view of the changed circumstances.

In view of the above circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
