THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9798 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging registration of Crime No.36 of 2017 against the petitioner by the second respondent. This Court carefully perused the complaint and a reading of the same justifies registration of crime, which has to be investigated.

In the circumstances, the registration of crime cannot be said to be bad. However, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to follow due process of law while investigating the crime, including compliance with Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
