Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to file a fresh Writ Petition if need be.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
