CVNR,J & TR,J F.C.A.No.22 of 2016 16.02.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal arises out of the order and decree, dated 23.05.2015, in H.M.O.P.No.155 of 2010, on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-IX Additional District & Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajamahendravaram.

At the hearing, Mr.T.S.Anand, learned counsel for the appellant, has submitted that both the parties have settled the dispute out of Court. 3.

In the light of the above submission, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, F.C.A.M.P.No.45 of 2016 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
