When the matters are called, learned Government Pleader represents that the amount was sanctioned and accordingly the amount was deposited in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gadwel through respective Demand Drafts dated 28.10.2015. Learned counsel for petitioners states that the amount is already deposited. Regarding the same, contempt cases are closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the contempt cases shall stand closed.
