THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.991 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 25.05.2012 in I.A.No.472 of 2012 in F.C.O.P.No.129 of 2010 on the file of the Family Court, S.P.S.R.Nellore District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that F.C.O.P.No.129 of 2010 was disposed of by the Family Court long back. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in this criminal revision.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
