HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2092 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 06.07.2012, in Writ Petition No.13297 of 2009 and batch. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by both the learned counsel that in relation to complaining about non-implementation of the orders dated 06.07.2012, passed in W.P.No.5650 of 2009 and batch, a contempt case in C.C.No.1814 of 2015 was filed by the writ petitioners in W.P.No.5541 of 2009 was closed by the learned brother Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, on 13.11.2015, recording the undertaking given by the respondents 2 and 3 therein i.e., The Registrar, Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad and the Associate Director, Regional Agricultural Research Station, Acharya N.G.

Ranga Agricultural University, Nandyal, Kurnool, by way of a counter affidavit at para 8, which reads as under: "I further submit that the release of grant for the above amount is under consideration of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The respondentUniversity is requesting the Government of Andhra Pradesh regularly to release the above amount to enable this University to make payment to the petitioners. However, the University has decided to make payment to the time scale employees i.e., the petitioners, in a phased manner depending on the funds position of the University as early as possible. The University will make every endeavour to make the arrears payment before the end of financial year i.e., on or before 31st March, 2016." Accordingly, the present Contempt Case is also closed in terms of the order dated 13.11.2015 in C.C.No.

1814 of 2015. The contempt case is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this contempt case shall also stand closed.
