It is stated by counsel on both sides that R.P.No.5 of 2014 is pending before 7th respondent, wherein order dt.28.04.2012 of 4th respondent was questioned. 2.

Since the said Revision has been pending for more than four years, the 7th respondent is directed to dispose of the same after giving hearing to petitioner or to his counsel within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order positively. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
