Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner of land to an extent of Ac.11-30 guntas in Sy.No.906, Molangur Revenue Village, Shankarapatnam Mandal, Karimnagar District.

Petitioner submitted application in Form VI-A on 26.12.2018 through T.S.Online for mutation of his name in the revenue records. Alleging that so far the mutation is not carried out, this writ petition is filed.

Since petitioner has already submitted application for mutation of his name and the same is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Shankarapatnam Mandal, Karimnagar District, to act upon the application submitted by petitioner on 26.12.2018 and to take decision as warranted by law and communicate the same to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
