Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file two separate appeals against two independent orders. Reserving such liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is needless to state that the competent authority shall club both the appeals together, hear and pass appropriate orders. No costs.
