ORAL ORDER:

In view of the statements made in the counter affidavit, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission accorded and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to observe that if any subsequent cause of action arises, petitioners are at liberty to avail appropriate remedies available to them under law. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
